Autobatch - Handwriting and Text Recognition

The Autobatch ICR/OCR module is a content capture engine that uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition - printed text) and ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition - handwriting) technology to read information from scanned documents, validate the data against your accounting or database system using the Bridge, and automatically update index information or eliminate manual data entry into your enterprise systems.

The Autobatch Module Enables Your Organization To:

• Read handwritten time sheets submitted from the field, validate information against your accounting database, check the math, automatically generate an import transaction for the payroll module, and store and index the time sheet for future reference.  The automation of time sheet processing dramatically improves efficiency by eliminating time consuming data entry.
• Read scanned vendor invoices and automatically update information in the APFlow Invoice entry screen, dramatically reducing data entry requirements.
• Read scanned checks from our accounts payable module, and automatically update indexes with invoice numbers paid and other cross reference information.
• Read scanned Accounts Receivable billing invoices, and automatically index and store the documents.
