Document & Content Manager: pVault
Provides a comprehensive records management system with
unlimited document types and robust security. Capture
documents via high-speed scanning, printing to Tiff driver, or
drag-and-drop capability. Classify content based on user
defined indexes for easy retrieval. Significantly reduces the
amount of time employees spend retrieving and distributing
documents. An employee can locate documents and distribute them
within seconds via e-mail or fax without leaving their desk.
pVault is the perfect solution for project archives (plans,
specifications, correspondence, etc.), Human Resources records,
corporate records, insurance policies, and much, much more.
Accounts Payable Invoice Routing & Approval: APFlow
Provides a paperless workflow solution for routing and
approval of AP invoices and related documents. Upon
completion of the approval process, the data is interfaced into
your accounting system with a complete audit trail.
Other companies and products offer AP Invoice approval
systems. How is ours different? Paperless APFlow
creates a reviewer's package, matching and attaching the documents
that support an invoice, including Purchase Orders, Packing Slips,
Subcontracts, Insurance Certificates, Lien Releases, and other user
selected documents.

Accounting/Enterprise Integration: The Bridge
Standard Bridge
Integrates data from electronically imaged invoices, receiving
tickets, and other documents with your existing business
applications to create an easy-to-use company-wide system. This
powerful tool currently integrates with many industry-standard
Accounting/Database Systems.
Advanced Bridge
The Advanced Bridge adds bi-directional integration with
leading enterprise applications, including Viewpoint V6 and
Penta. The application programming interface (API) allows you
to access images stored in pVault directly from enterprise system
forms and drill-down reports.
Custom Bridge
Extensions that integrate any ODBC compliant application
with pVault. Typical applications include lookups and
validations against master file tables in third party applications
such as Estimating, Project Management, Human Resources, etc.
Electronic Document Routing and Controls: DocRoute
Provides ability to route documents to users based on
pre-defined rules or ad hoc assignments. Includes tracking
system, in-box notification via email, and auditing of
document views.
Handwriting and Text Recognition: Autobatch ICR/OCR
Adds Intelligent Character (handwriting) Recognition and Optical
Character (printed text) Recognition to pVaultTM system
capabilities. Enables automated data capture from Payroll
timesheets, Insurance Certificates, AP Invoices, and other
documents.
Payroll Autobatch
Autobatch processing of Payroll dramatically improves
efficiency by eliminating the time consuming and tedious task of
timesheet data entry. Validates data from timesheets and
interfaces with your accounting system payroll processing
files.
Automated Interface with Microsoft Outlook: Outlook
Integration
Sends selected emails and attachments from Outlook to
pVault, and automatically loads the document index values with the
date, sender, recipient, and subject line.
Document Assembly and Transfer: CD Plus
Simplifies the work of providing supporting documents for
processes such as audits and time-and-material billing by enabling
the assembly of scanned images stored and indexed in pVault.
Once assembled, the documents are copied to a CD/DVD or file folder
along with a viewer for easy off-line access to images.
